• Submit your collage photo here in PollUnit. Only submit ONE document.
• Your submission should include a collage of your 3 before and 3 after photos (2 front, 2 side, 2 back)
• All photos must include the object of the round (A CARROT)
• Photos must be current
• Clothing choice must allow us to be able to see your physique (nothing overly loose or baggy)
• Not following the instructions can disqualify you
• Inappropriate and/or revealing photo submissions will be deleted and disqualified

**Submissions advance through a two-phase judging process, beginning with community voting to identify standout finalists, followed by final evaluation by a panel of professional judges.

**You will be disqualified if you do not complete all of the initial and final eligibility requirements and adhere to all contest rules and regulations, at E2M's sole discretion.

• E2M reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of using performance-enhancing drugs or substances that provide an unfair advantage.
• E2M assumes no responsibility for any taxes, fees, or financial obligations associated with prize awards, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Submission photos must not be altered or enhanced in any way (including AI or editing); any such alterations will result in disqualification at E2M’s sole discretion.
• Women 18+ are eligible to compete for the cash prize(s). For the sole purposes of the Motiv8Her 8 Week Transformation Contest, a woman is defined as one whose biological sex at birth was female, based on an individual's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.
• Submission participants must be current subscribers of E2M Premium, and have been for the entire duration of the E2M Premium Motiv8Her 8 Week Program, to be considered in the transformation cash prize contest.
• Submission participants must have completed the entire E2M Premium Motiv8her 8 week program inside the E2M premium app to be considered in the transformation cash prize contest
• Submission participants must have secured and registered an eligible referral as part of their Motiv8her contest registration. Both submission participant and referral must have maintained active E2M Premium subscriber membership for the duration of the Motiv8Her8 week program to be considered in the transformation cash prize contest.
