Terms and Conditions

By submitting your artwork to the EA Cosmic Creative Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Ownership and Originality

  • You affirm that the artwork you are submitting is your original creation and has not been plagiarized, copied, or otherwise reproduced from any other source.
  • You confirm that the submitted artwork is not digitally created by AI or other artificial intelligence tools.


Usage Rights

  • By submitting your artwork, you grant Elizabeth April and her team the perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and distribute your artwork for social media posts, promotional materials, website features, and other marketing purposes.
  • Credit to the artist will be given where applicable.


Submission and Eligibility

  • Only one submission per person is allowed.
  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
  • Participants must enter a photo of their artwork to qualify to win.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • The contest is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to specific states or countries listed on our legal page.


Community Voting and Contest Rules

  • All submitted artwork will be displayed in the Community Gallery on https://pollunit.com/polls/ea-cosmic-art-contest for voting from March 23 – April 7, 2025.
  • Voting is open to the public, and each user is limited to one vote per entry. 
  • To cast a vote, simply click the “heart” button in the photo gallery for your selection. You can enter as a guest, or create a free account on pollunit.com
  • Winners will be determined based on community votes 


Prize Disclosure

  • Winners will be announced on April 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm PST on Elizabeth April’s social media pages (Facebook & Instagram), and posted in the Community Forums on the Elizabeth April website. 
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • Details of prizes, including their approximate retail value (ARV), will be disclosed on the contest details page.


Disqualification

  • Artwork that violates these terms, including but not limited to AI-generated art, plagiarized content, or inappropriate submissions, will be disqualified from the contest.
  • Entries that do not adhere to the submission rules or contain incomplete information will also be disqualified.


Advertising and Restrictions

  • No prizes involving alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or related products will be offered as part of this contest.
  • Marketing and promotion of this contest will adhere to Nevada’s advertising restrictions, including age verification for participation.


General Terms

  • The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without notice if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • By submitting an entry, you agree to release Elizabeth April, her team, and any affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prizes.
