File Naming & Upload Instructions

Please upload your final high-resolution portrait files for the book submission.

• Files should be suitable for high-quality print reproduction
• Preferred format: TIFF but JPG accepted
• Resolution: 300 dpi
• If you have photographed more than one MP, please upload each portrait as a separate file

Before uploading, please rename your file using the following format:

MP Name by Your Name & RPS Distinction

Example: Eli Smith MP by Sharon Bell ARPS.tiff

If you have any questions, experience any issues with uploading, or are unsure whether your file meets the required resolution for print, please get in touch: wipchair@rps.org.

If uploading proves difficult, feel free to send your file via WeTransfer to wipchair@rps.org instead. Please just make sure the file is named as per the instructions above to help avoid any confusion.
