2026 GVPN LFL Awards
It's time to nominate your favourite Little Free Libraries (LFLs) in Greater Victoria!
Everyone Can Nominate by submitting a picture and location of the Little Free Library they love in these categories:
- Plant/Seed LFL
- Puzzle/board game LFL
- Most Verdant Green Roof
- Children’s LFL
- Most Creative
- Fish On It
- LFL That Looks Like Another Thing
- Upcycled/Reused Materials
- Best Gulf Island LFL
- Coral Reef LFL - Best Associated Placemaking Element(s)
The Placemaking Network is launching the 2026 GVPN LFL Awards at the Oaklands Sunset Market Wednesday, July 22nd. Nominations will remain open until noon on August 12th.
Members of the public will be encouraged to vote for their favourites online between August 12th and September 8th.
Winners to be announced September 13, location and details to be decided.
What to include in your NOMINATION:
*Photo of LFL (please attach a photo of the LFL and label the file with the address or a description of the location of the LFL. Note, we will be sharing any photos submitted on GVPN website and using them for other promotional purposes. Please only attach one photo under 5MB in size. Submitting a nomination signifies that you are allowing the GVPN to use the photos on our website and in promotions of local LFLs.
