Economic Security for All (EcSA) Incentives

The Workforce Job Seeker Incentive Fund is a grant program designed to support Local Workforce Councils Expansion of Economic Security for All (EcSA) programs to support and encourage individuals as they work towards economic security and stability. The program provides funding for underemployed job seekers with training, support payments, financial coaching, and financial incentives. Job seekers can receive up to $5,000 in financial incentives as they achieve a WIOA core performance goal or milestones associated with EcSA outcomes and activities. These core performance indicators include: credential obtainment, measurable skill gain, employment, and median wage.
