Calling All Artists, Illustrators, and Designers! Create a design for the 2025 Woodstock Film Festival Volunteer or CREW t-shirt! Voting is open to everyone - vote for the best! 🏆
Theme: Theme: Your design should reflect the themes of peace, love, music & cinema.
Behind the Scenes (BTS) – A nod to the unsung heroes (the volunteers and festival crew!)
Guidelines:
- Deadline: September 19th, 12AM 2025
- Create a 1-color illustration, please. Vector art works best!
- Be original! Do not use another artist's work or submit a design that's been used elsewhere.
- Be human! Images generated using AI cannot be accepted and will be disqualified
- Designs should be original and suitable for screen printing on solid colored t-shirts.
- You can submit as many designs as you like!
The design could be featured on the 2025 crew t-shirts in a variety of shirt sizes and a color best suited to the design
Design needs to feature the words “WOODSTOCK FILM FESTIVAL” + “VOLUNTEER" OR 'CREW" + "2025"
**The artist will retain rights to the image and enter into a contract with WFF for reproduction rights.
How to Enter: Upload your design BELOW and complete this jotform. Accepted File formats: PDF, EPS, Illustrator or transparent PNG (300dpi). If you are having issues with uploading your file to Poll Unit, you can also just submit via jotform.
