Woodstock Film Festival 2025 Crew T-Shirt Design Contest

Calling All Artists, Illustrators, and Designers! Create a design for the 2025 Woodstock Film Festival Volunteer or Crew t-shirt! Once all designs have been submitted, there will be an open voting to pick your favorite design. The most-loved design wins! 🏆

Theme: Theme: Your design should reflect the themes of peace, love, music & cinema. 

Behind the Scenes (BTS) – A nod to the unsung heroes (the crew!)

Guidelines:

• Deadline: September 22nd, 2025
• Create a 1-color illustration, please. Vector art works best!
• Be original! Do not use another artist's work or submit a design that's been used elsewhere.
• Be human! Images generated using AI cannot be accepted and will be disqualified
• Designs should be original and suitable for screen printing on solid colored t-shirts. 

The design could be featured on the 2025 crew t-shirts in a variety of shirt sizes and a color best suited to the design 

Design needs to feature the words “WOODSTOCK FILM FESTIVAL” + “CREW”

**The artist will retain rights to the image and enter into a contract with WFF for reproduction rights.

How to Enter: Upload your design to Poll Unit and complete this jotform. Accepted File formats: PDF, EPS, Ai or transparent PNG (300dpi).
