How do PollUnit plans and subscriptions work?

You can book, upgrade, downgrade and cancel PollUnit as you wish. There are no notice periods. The basic package is free of charge. The chargeable packages are available as one-time purchases and subscriptions. The subscription automatically extends your PollUnit package, otherwise the subscriptions work like a one-time purchase.

When your purchase expires, your account will remain, all polls and surveys will be preserved, only the Premium, Business or Enterprise functions will be deactivated. If you don't have to conduct any surveys for a while or don't need all functions, you can suspend your account for free.

All our packages are available in monthly and annual rates. In the annual plan you save up to 75% - you can find more detailed information in our price list.
