Best Cover Photo for Our Study

We are trying to decide the best cover photo ideas (these are rough and just generating general theme) to pursue and make a final art cover for our research study. Would love to have your vote on what you think would look good to make it into actual art for cover photos.

We are developing an AI-driven total parenteral nutrition (TPN) platform. TPN is essentially food in an I.V. bag for patients who cannot process food. However, how much of the ingredients to go in there is not exactly scientific. Our study proposes an AI that can tell how much of the nutrients should be given to a said patient based on their characteristics and lab values. It is one of the first use of AI to drive clinical decision, and not just making diagnostic predictions. This streamlines the TPN prescription process as instead of the healthcare team spending hours to come up with a formula, now they only need to click to confirm the AI recommendations.
