Parade Your Program – SOLVE-CHD Cardiac Rehabilitation World Heart Day Display Competition

This World Heart Day (29 September), SOLVE-CHD is inviting cardiac rehabilitation programs all over Australia to get creative and show off their work with a visual display!

Displays will be showcased below, where everyone is welcome to vote for their favourites. The top two with the most ❤️ votes in the end will win a prize valued up to 400 AUD.
