Sex Worker Community Recognition Awards - Board Voted
Jump to: Community Voted Categories | Fan Voted Categories
The Sex Worker Community Recognition Awards (SWCRA) were created by and for the sex worker community to honour the people, projects, and providers shaping our collective future. These awards are about more than accolades, they’re about recognition, respect, and pride.
Board Nominated Categories are chosen by a peer board of sex workers who bring lived experience, diverse perspectives, and deep community knowledge. This process allows us to celebrate contributions that might not always be visible in public voting, such as advocacy, accessibility, education, and representation.
These awards are not about popularity or performance, but about substance and impact. Each decision is guided by care, accountability, and the values of our community.
Take a moment to read through the categories and their descriptions. They highlight the kinds of contributions that inspire us, strengthen us, and keep our community moving forward.
The SWCRA are sex worker run, community led, and proudly sponsored by Stigma Health.
