Can we make the subtitle field mandatory?

The subtitle field cannot be made mandatory. However, you can use a workaround to achieve similar functionality without the subtitle add-on.

1. Go to the step »Advanced« in the contest creator.
2. Enable »Allow image upload«.
3. Enable »Request additional image uploader information«.
4. Click »Add field«.
5. Create your own custom »Subtitle« field. You can set it to mandatory and choose whether it should be visible to visitors.

This way, you can define any fields you need for submitters.
Please note that the subtitle add-on displays the subtitle more prominently, for example, in the info section and in the header area of the lightbox. Custom fields, however, are only shown in the description section.
