2026 Moisture Festival Enamel Pin Contest

Please submit your design for our 2026 Enamel Pin. The winning design will be used to create an enamel pin that will be an exclusive gift for all Moisture Festival volunteers and artists during the 2026 festival!

Remember to follow these criteria:

• The pin must be 1.5-2 inches in length/diameter.
• More successful designs will be clear & simple, with a maximum of 5 colors
• The pin will include the festival year– if this is not in the original design, it will be added!

All approved designs will be displayed during the 2026 festival!

By submitting your design through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and License: I understand and agree that upon submission of the design ("Submission"), I am granting Moisture Festival the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise use the Submission for any lawful purpose without further permission or compensation to me, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Original Work: I represent and warrant that the Submission is my original work and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

3. No Confidentiality: I acknowledge that the Moisture Festival is under no obligation to treat the Submission as confidential and may disclose, share, or use the Submission as they deem appropriate.

4. No Obligation to Use: I understand that the Moisture Festival is not obligated to use, review, or otherwise act upon my Submission and may return, discard, or ignore the Submission

without any liability to me.

5. No Compensation: I agree that I am submitting my work voluntarily, without expectation of compensation, and I waive any right to claim compensation or consideration of any kind unless specifically agreed to in writing by both parties.

6. Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold the Moisture Festival harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of any breach of my representations or warranties in this agreement or any third-party claims related to the Submission.
