1. The services on offer may be used and paid for – insofar as possible and reasonable from a technical point of view – without providing personal or business data or by use of anonymised information or pseudonyms. It is not permissible for third parties to use published contact details that have been provided in the website's legal notice or by comparable means, such as postal addresses, telephone or facsimile numbers or email addresses, for the purpose of sending information that has not specifically been requested. The owner expressly reserves the right to take action against any sender of so-called spam emails in the event that this prohibition is violated.
