SC@Work: 2023 Photo Contest

The S.C. Department of Employment and Workforce celebrates employment every day. Now we invite you to show us how you see SC@Work. We are looking for pictures of your employees in the workplace that capture the spirit of hard work and dedication in our state. We encourage amateur and professional photographers -- and everyone in between -- to participate.

Whether they are building a car or a plane, a farmer in the field, a construction worker on the job site, a chef in the kitchen, an executive assistant writing letters, an artist painting a masterpiece, or a lawyer in a conference room, we want to see the energy, hustle, and passion of people's work in South Carolina.

The winning entries will be selected based on the composition and quality of the images.

Winners will be announced during the Workforce Symposium on September 14, 2024, as part of Workforce Development Month, and the winning photos will be featured on dew.sc.gov and the agency's social media platforms. In addition, the winner will receive a complimentary registration to the 2024 Workforce Symposium.

The deadline for submitting entries is Monday, August 21, 2023.

So, grab your camera, capture some stunning moments of people working, and submit your images today for a chance to be part of this exciting contest. (Photos should be at least 300px wide or 300px tall.) We can't wait to see the creative, inspiring, and captivating entries and showcase the essence of hard work through your lens.
