SWCRA Board Voting Matrix - Disability Service Provider of the Year

Each board member rates nominees out of 100 points total, divided across the following criteria:

1. Accessibility & Inclusivity of Services – 0 to 30 points

• Do they provide services that are accessible to people with a range of disabilities?
• Do they actively work to reduce barriers to participation and care?

2. Client-Centred Care – 0 to 25 points

• Do they centre the needs and experiences of clients with disability?
• Do they show empathy, respect, and adaptability in their service?

3. Non-Judgemental & Flexible Approach – 0 to 25 points

• Is their work grounded in non-judgement, dignity, and trust?
• Do they demonstrate flexibility to meet individual needs and circumstances?

4. Impact & Recognition – 0 to 20 points

• Have they made a meaningful impact on the lives of clients with disability this year?
• Why does their contribution stand out as deserving recognition?

Scoring Method

• Each board member scores nominees across the four categories.
• Maximum 100 points per nominee.
• Final results are averaged across all board members to determine the winner.
