This photography contest aims to help inspire conservation and showcase the incredible birds that use Texas habitat to survive!
The winning image of this contest may also be selected for the Texas Wildlife and Nature Photographer of the Year..
FREE - 17 & Under as of May 21, 2026 (Any wild animal, i.e. birds, mammals, any animal behavior including insects, fish etc., and scenery which can include animals small in frame but does not require an animal in photo)
- All images need to have been taken in Texas
- All images need to have been taken between January 1, 2022 and end of submission period in June of 2026.
- All images must be of wild animals
- All images must have been taken by the person submitting them.
- Note: Camera Trap Images are permitted
- You may submit 5 images maximum.
