Cataraqui Trail Photo Contest

Join the Friends of the Cataraqui Trail photo contest.

Contest runs July 8, 2026, at 9:00 am to October 30, 2026, at 9:00 pm

Head out on the Cataraqui Trail and show us what you love about the trail - hiking, cycling, bird watching, flora, fauna and everything in between. If you are posting photos of people please be sure to ask permission. All photos of dogs must abide by the rules of on leash to win. Photos do not have to be taken during the contest period, however recent photos are much appreciated. There will be one main prize for the overall winner and also prizes for the top 10 photos. Prizes will consist of a mix of Cataraqui Trail and Cataraqui Conservation merchandise.

The top rated photo will win and voting is done by the community. Voting will start on Monday November 2 and run until Friday November 6.

By submitting photos to this contest you are giving Cataraqui Conservation and the Friends of the Cataraqui Trail permission to use your photos in promotional and marketing materials (print, web, social media).
