Can contestants submit their photos to be voted on?

Can I do a Photo contest but have the voters submit their photos during a certain time and then turn around and vote on the submissions?

With our photo voting app you can make a contest with your own images or you can enable your participants to submit photos. You find the necessary settings in the poll maker step »Advanced«.

If you check »Allow new images« participants can upload images. You can also automate the submission period.
You find the same settings and automation for voting (»Allow voting«).
