I have created a photo contest although none of the icons are showing for voting or options in both the participants view and the administrator's view. Where there should be an icon, there is only a square. I can click the square and it will cast my vote or get me to where I want to go, but the original directions are not visible…only the square symbol. This is happening on all of my poll units, including the older ones that are complete, and I've tried multiple browsers to view the content.
Participants will not be able to see how or where to vote for each image.

Then the icon file is probably blocked. Are you in a company network? Maybe a firewall is blocking the file. If you load the page via the mobile internet of your smartphone, it will probably work, right?

Actually, I just tried it on my phone and the same thing is happening. I don't see any menus…just square symbols.

Just tried it again without WLAN. Still seeing no menus, etc.

I've tested with several devices and browsers and I can not reproduce the missing icons.
Could you give me more information? Which device, os version, browser version you are using.

I've tried on Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer and Chrome on my Samsung device. I'm working on Windows 10 machine

Which exact Samsung device are you using?
I see all icons in your link. Something is blocking our icon file on your device. It could also be due to any browser add-ons or installed apps.

I have Samsung Galaxy S9+
I also have our internal IT department working on this also to see if there is anything they can do on the back end.

Thank you for your assistance. I was able to work this out with our IT department this morning by clearing my browsing history and cookies. I see the icons on all browsers now. Let the photo contest begin!!
