Hi,
I have created a survey and pasted in a list of email addresses.

I have a few questions..

  1. Thirty of my users have responded. When I go to the Invitation page, I would assume that I would see a date under the "Used at" column, but none of the accounts have any note to that effect (even though 30 people have responded).
  2. I have found by clicking the … on the survey I can do export and see the results of the survey. However, I am not sure how to see it visually while the survey is on-going.
  3. The survey has two questions. One they choose Yes or No in. The export report lists a "0" in the column whether they have chosen yes or no. I can go into the "Participants" page and click them one by one and see a Yes or a No.

Thanks for any guidance.
Scott

Hello Scott!

Thank you for your feedback.

  1. We've already fixed the invitation issue. New invitations will be marked as used.

  2. As a admin or creator you should be able to visit the admin link to get further insights. You find it for example in the context menu (three dots).

  3. Could you send a link to your survey to support@pollunit.com then we can have a close look.

Best regards
Markus
