Is there a way to download all the photos submitted in a photo contest, at their original size? We are launching a photo contest for employees, and need to have access to the photos people submit for later use in marketing materials. Thanks!
We keep the source images in all payed plans. You can download images in the context menu (three dots) of the image. In the export menu, which can be found in the context menu on the upper right hand when visiting the admin link of your PollUnit, you can download all images as zip.
In the step "Images" when using our photo contest maker you can also define minimum dimensions. You may also consider adding your own terms and conditions in the advanced step to gather usage rights from your participants.
Can Premium plan download all photos submitted in a photo contest?
Yes, the single source file download as well as the bulk download of all submitted files is possible with a Premium plan.

With the Premium plan, all source images are retained and can be downloaded via the single file download option. The bulk download feature, however, is part of our export functionality and is available starting from the Business plan.
