Requiring a photo release

In the garden club photo contest, winning photos will be printed on greeting cards for sale as a fundraiser. This requires a photo release. Is it possible to include "signing" one in the PollUnit?

I am not sure if I understood the question correctly. You want to have a confirmation that you can use the images for printing, right? So a kind of confirmation of usage rights?

If yes, you could use our »Add terms and conditions« feature. You can find it in the advanced settings (step 4 when creating a photo contest). Here you can describe what you want to do and activate an opt-in checkbox which need to be checked before uploading into your contest.
