White Rock Lake Plastic Pollution Photo Contest
White Rock is one of the most heavily used parks in Dallas with the lake spanning 1,015 acres being called home by 33 types of mammals, 54 varieties of reptiles, 20 kinds of amphibians, 217 species of birds and 19 kinds of fish.
Though touted for being one of the most beautiful places in Dallas the lake is plagued by plastic pollution and it is our mission to document it.
We cannot try to fix a problem that is being ignored by most Dallas residents.
Help be part of the solution.
