Yes, you can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) online. You find it in the »My Account« section. This DPA regulates the rights and obligations of the client, contractor and any necessary subcontractors. In addition, the DPA guarantees the data protection measures required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It also meets the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

The DPA is available to all our business accounts.
