Yes, you can use PollUnit to run a private photo contest for employees or club members.

In the Advanced step, you can enable password protection and share the password only with your intended audience. Alternatively, you can use personal invitations, restrict access to specific email domains, or require employees to sign in through your company’s SSO provider.

When using participation restrictions, also enable Apply restriction also to visitors / submitters so they apply to viewing and uploading photos, rather than only to voting.
