Yes. Surveys are a core part of PollUnit. You can create comprehensive questionnaires with multiple pages and combine different question types, such as multiple-choice questions, open text fields, matrix questions and Likert scales. You can also integrate voting and ratings into your questionnaire.

Required fields let you specify which questions must be answered. With branching logic, you can show, hide or skip specific steps based on previous answers. This ensures participants receive questions relevant to them – for example, additional questions about service quality if they have indicated that they used your customer service.

You can then analyze the results directly in PollUnit and export them as Excel or CSV files for further analysis. You can also connect your AI assistant to PollUnit and ask it to analyze your survey results.
