The Sex Worker Community Recognition Awards (SWCRA) were created by and for the sex worker community to celebrate the people, projects, and providers making a real difference in our lives and work. These awards aren’t about clout, algorithms, or outsider approval. They’re about meaningful recognition from those who get it.
These awards aim to uplift, not compete. To show gratitude, not just glamour. And to remind us that our work, our creativity, and our community care are worth celebrating.
Awards are split into three categories: Community Voted (by verified peers), Board Voted (chosen by a peer board), and Fan Voted (open to public voting in support of Vixen).
This is the Community Voted Category. These awards are voted on by verified peers, industry professionals and community members: the people who know the work, live the realities, and understand the impact. Each verified community member gets one vote per category.
Take your time reading through the nominees. Each listing includes a short description to help you understand why they were nominated. We encourage you to consider the award descriptions when casting your vote, this isn’t a popularity contest, it’s about meaningful recognition.

The SWCRA are sex worker run, community led, and proudly sponsored by Stigma Health.
