1. ELIGIBILITY

Contestants must be 18 years and older, with no upper age limit. Female contestants are eligible.

Submission Period: Feb 20, 2024 - Voting Ends 06/15/2024 at 10:00:00 PM (Subject to change)

Entry Fee: $30.00 (Non-refundable)

Submission Requirements:

• High-quality photograph (No nudity or lingerie)
• Votes: ($1 donation equals one vote and is non-refundable)
• Contestants can invite sponsors and businesses, and 50% of their sponsorship in any ad placement contributes to their votes.
• Family, friends, supporters, and contestants themselves can vote.
• Public voting is open to all individuals who are 18 years old.

Determination of Winner:

• The winner will be determined by a jury appointed by Heart Of Hollywood Magazine from the top 5 contestant finalists who have received a minimum of 5000 votes.
• If there's only one finalist with 5000 votes, Heart Of Hollywood Magazine will make an executive decision to grant that finalist the win or extend the contest end date.
• If there are 2 or 5 finalists, they will be notified by email with a set date to meet the jury through Zoom.
• If no contestant reaches the minimum required votes, votes are non-refundable.

Contest Guidelines:

• Contestants must participate in Zoom online meetings during the contest.
• The winner will be notified on June 15, 2024. (Subject to change) 
• Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification at the discretion of Heart Of Hollywood Magazine. All decisions are final and binding.
• The winner will be featured in August 2024.

Note: If you don't reach 5000 votes, you won't be eligible to become a top finalist and win the Heart Of Hollywood Magazine cover.

The winning prize includes being featured on the front cover of the Heart Of Hollywood Magazine. The magazine handled the photoshoot production for the cover. If the winner doesn't live in Los Angeles, CA, we'll cover the production cost in the state and near the city of the winner.
