Welcome to the submission portal for the annual Carolina Global Photography Competition! This amateur competition, led by UNC Global Affairs, is open to all students, faculty, staff and alumni of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The competition closes September 16, 2024.

You may submit up to three photographs. Please remember to update the "Photo Location" with each new submission.

Photo captions should be included under the “Descriptions” tab. For tips on caption writing, check out our caption guidelines, and keep in mind that captions should not exceed 150 words in length.

Prior to submission, please review our ethical photography guidelines, which outlines rules related to consent.
