After saving an edit in PollUnit embedded widget, PollUnit disappears

I embedded a photo contest PollUnit on my website using the Wordpress HTML block. If I edit a submission after creating it in that PollUnit, and save the edit, the PollUnit disappears and I have to refresh the page to display it again. I am going to test whether this could be due to a plugin or theme conflict, or I need to use the Classic Editor for Wordpress. My contest starts this coming Wednesday so I need to fix this ASAP.
