I'm wondering whether there is a way we can set a Pollunit up ahead of time and have it automatically start/go live on a given date? I can see that there's a way of automatically ending one on a prescribed date………would be awesome to be able to automate the whole process.
Whilst I'm here too - is there any way of ensuring we can read ALL 'Help' entries in the same selected language? Currently they appear to be posted in whatever language they were written in.
We will discuss this in our next Feature Request Meeting and I will let you know if and when we can implement it.
Our forum was actually only planned in english. Currently we can't sort the posts of our users by language. But I'll discuss that as well.
You can find our own help texts and tutorial in English, German and French here: https://pollunit.com/support
Hi,
we have split our support forum topics by language.
Kind regards
Philipp
Many thanks for your reply to the second part of my query - it's now so much easier to navigate the help topics/forums. Thank you.
Have you been able to consider my earlier question? I asked whether there is a way we could set a Pollunit up ahead of time to have it automatically start/go live on a given date? I can see tht there's a way of automatically ending one on a prescribed date and it would it be awesome to be able to automate the whole process from start to finish.
Kind regards…..keep up the great work
Caroline
Hi Nelson,
the start date automation is one of our next features. I think there will be an update in the next few weeks.
We will post it here, once it is done.
Best regards
Markus
Yes! Thanks for this. I came here looking for this specific topic. I'd love to be able to schedule it in advance for both the adding photos phase and the voting phase, with specific deadlines for both. Thanks!
A few days ago we released the voting and submission period automation. The deadline feature is now replaced and available in the »allow voting« and »allow new images/options/ideas« section in the advanced step.
We are looking forward to your feedback. We hope the new function meets your expectations.
