I tried to export all images from a photo contest with submission categories and the progress pop-up that says Downloading… never goes away. It does not work whether I try to download just one category at a time or all at once. Then I tried it with a photo contest with no submission categories, and it worked fine. Also, if I have uploaded multiple images for one submission, and then download that submission, the images are in .webp format instead of the .jpg format they were uploaded in. Please fix both issues ASAP.
Well, I found I can download photos for a PollUnit with submission categories, but it depends on where I do it from. If I go to the My PollUnits page and right-click on the 3 dots on the top right of one of the PollUnits, the download never happens if that PollUnit has submission categories. However if I go to a different page and click on the 3 dot menu (like for example, the evaluation page), then the images download. Either menu works for PollUnits without submission categories. So I can get downloading to work now, but photo series photos are still downloaded as .webp. I need them in the original file format.
