Deadline in Photo Contest Displaying in UTC

After I specified a start and end deadline for a Photo Contest the Participant link is displaying the time in UTC instead of local time.

Hi Bill,
Thank you for the notice! We had a bad update today, but it was rolled back to the working state.
It should be fine now.
