Thank you Markus - yes, the SPF appears in the bounceback. Here are my questions:
We have printed 25 photos, and want to have a QR code for people in attendance at an event showcasing the photos to vote.
• Can we set it up that each attendee can scan the QR code, put in their name and email address, and then be able to vote for each of the photos ONLY once? (We’d use the vote out of 10 stars’ criteria). It would have to be private - others shouldn't see the votes
• Can we set it to be open and closed at certain times? For instance, the event is 6-10pm on June 1.

We would purchase a Business Account for the month if we can do these things.

Yes, you can download an QR code in the invite section of your contest when visiting the admin link. This is a QR code pointing to the whole contest, not a specific image.
To collect user information you need to to activate »Request additional participant information« in the voter section. Here you can add custom fields like email, name or anything you like.
