Invitation Management for Photo Contest PollUnit

1. The Name and Used At fields are not being updated under Invitation Management after an invitee (who doesn't have PollUnit acct) has submited entries to a photo contest. Those fields are updated only after the user votes.
2. We would like the Name field to be updated in the Invitation Management record as soon as a user adds a photo since they are required to enter a name when they add a photo. This will allow the admin to correlate the name on the entry with the email address in the Invitation Management record.
3. The invitee did not. receive an automatic voting reminder when the voting period began.

Currently, our invitation features, especially »invitation required«, are designed exclusively for voters. This feature prevents duplicate votes, ensuring only specific invitees can participate. So, an invitation is only used when a user casts a vote.

We are already planning to develop a similar »Restrict voting« feature that will apply to submitters. I'll bring this up at our next planning meeting and keep you updated here. Please note it might take a bit longer than usual, as we're currently in vacation season.
