I have people paying to enter into the photo contest. I am not getting email notifications but Stripe shows payments coming in. The participanta go through all the steps to submit a photo, But in my admin settings, it's telling me they haven't paid. And it will not load their pictures.
I emailed the support crew without any response back. My contest is ending soon and I have many upset customers that are asking for refunds

Thanks a lot for reporting this! We updated our stripe client yesterday and it seems something has changed in their API.
We fixed the issue by now and fixed all successful payments which were not marked as paid since yesterday.

The workflow is as follows:
The users upload a photo and are then prompted to pay for it. Once it is paid, it is marked as paid and shown in the contest.
We do it this way to ensure everything worked fine in the submission, before they pay for it.
