Pictures not loading in larger view

Hello, we have just started a poll - voting on t-shirt deisgns and we've seen that quite often the pictures are not loading in the larger view - when you link on the smaller image and it should open in a larger view in pop up. Would it help if we uploaded the images with smaller file sizes - or will this not make any difference if you make the images smaller anyway when they are uploaded….

It is very important the the pop up works because people need to be able to see the designs to take part in the poll…

Sorry for the inconvenience!
We scale all images to a width of 1920 pixels. So you don't have to resize them.

Does the problem persist? I checked several times during the day an image poll, but could not see errors. Can you maybe also tell us if you are using a phone or computer and also the browser?
