I noticed participants are counted as soon as they load the Poll page this can be an issue if you are sending the link to a public forum or community for voting and many people open the poll without participating. Is it possible to only count participants after a certain action or require a minimum amount of action on a Photo Contest for example for it to count?
For example there can be a message saying minimum vote for 3 (Set by user) images for your results to be submitted / auto-saved into this poll.
When running a photo contest we distinguish between two types of participants: Submitters and voters.
There is no submitter limit but a submission or image limit per PollUnit (depending on your booked plan). A voter counts as soon as he or she votes. A visit is not enough to count as a voter.

We have no public roadmap. We're to agile for that ;)
The next feature will be the possibility to charge participants for voting. This is another possibility to create fundraising photo contest besides charging fees and donations for submission.
The next feature for photo contests may be the possibility to upload image series/groups for voting.
