Request Email Confirmation not working on smartphones

Hi,

I'm using the option Request Email Confirmation for voting, but it doesn't work on smartphones.
When confirming the email address users are still blocked and can't vote, while it does work on laptops.

Hi Laurent,
I participated in your poll only with my smartphone.
I did so without an account, was asked for name and to enter an email address.
Before the email address is confirmed I could not participate.
I clicked the link in the confirmation email, and could vote on all pictures.
I also closed the browser reopened the link and could still vote.
So can you give me instructions how to reproduce this?
