Submission approval dashboard: "Submitted at" graph not ordered by date

In the submission approval dashobard the "Submitted at" graph X-axis is showing the dates but there is some bug that makes then appear dissordered.

For example this is the order I am seeing:
2020-10-28, 2020-10-23, 2020-10-24, 2020-10-22, 2020-10-25, 2020-10-26, 2020-10-27
