Upload error

I am attempting to load photos and I am getting a 'unknown error' message and the photo does not load.

can you send the photo you want to upload and the link to the PollUnit to markus@pollunit.com? Then I can have a closer look.

In the wizard step 2 I was able to upload the image without any problems.

In the PollUnit when I click on »Add Photo« the preview is not displayed correctly. This is because your image is a TIFF. Most browsers cannot display a TIFF. If you click »Save« despite the failed preview, the image should still upload and we will then automatically convert it to a JPG.

I assume this is the case for you as well?

We will add a message for TIFF previews.

we improved the preview of images in the uploader.
It should be more clear now, when the preview can be shown or not.
