Very long download time that often cuts off

Hello, I am trying to download photos from a competition. The files vary in size but some of the bigger ones are 20 mb.
The download is very slow and some times drop out completely and then I must restart.
I have checked my download speed - 210 Mbps.
What do you suggest?
