I'm running a photo contest. It's a dot voting contest and I've allowed each participant one dot (one vote) which they can use on an their favorite image. When I look at the Analysis page and check Ratings, I see that in addition to a count of "1 dots" for each image, there's a "0 dot" count for many of the images. What is a "0 dot" and how do the images get a "0 dot"?
By the way, the contest is going great. Very happy with the pollunit product!

If somebody votes for a picture and after that clears the vote the image has 0 dots.
I understand that this is confusing. I think we can remove the whole vote when cleared. I need to check this and I will write again.
Hi Jeff,
the problem occurred, when someone was out of points. Then clicking on any dot would result in a vote with 0.
We fixed it now so that it is not possible anymore to submit 0-votes.
And we are really glad you are happy with PollUnit!
Kind regards
