Add extra fields to Members list

When creating Groups for the purpose of sending Invitations to members it would be helpful to have one or two extra text fields that could be used to enter other information about members in addition to their email address, such as their username or their real name. The use of the fields would be up to the administrators who create the Group. The extra fields should be able to be updated either manually or by importing data from a spreadsheet file.
