Additional upload information fields format (phone, currency)

A desirable feature would be a way to make the Additional Image Uploader Information have custom templates to allow entering phone, currency and other special format types more easily.

Feature release: We added three new field types to the additional information.

• Phone: A basic phone input. Users on a smart phone will see a phone keyboard layout
• Float number: A number field that has a decimal place like 1.23
• Select: A drop down tag where users can choose from a list of predefined values
