Confidential Photo Submission Process

To maintain the highest standards of fairness and integrity throughout the competition, it has become apparent that we need to ensure the submitted photos remain undisclosed to all participants until the voting phase concludes. This measure is pivotal not only before the voting kicks off but also during the entire duration of voting. The objective is to safeguard the entries from any undue influence or bias, ensuring that each photograph is judged solely on its merit.

Our vision is to create a system where these submissions are accessible exclusively to a select group, namely the administrators and the jury members.

Given the importance of this feature, I am reaching out to gather insights on whether your current system supports this functionality.
Could you please advise on the feasibility of implementing such a feature into our photo submission process?

You could create a photo contest and deactivate voting. This way you have a PollUnit which only allows to submit photos. Then you could clone the contest with all images and judge submissions in a new contest. This way you have two separate contests and users from the first submission PollUnit will not see anything from the second judgement PollUnit. Does this help?
