Limit Vote images per participant

Please help.
I used this feature one year ago that votes can be limited to certain numbers per participant. I can not find this feature anymore.

Please help me.
I have 105 photos to votes but only need 13 photos that each participant have to votes for.

You can do this with dot votings. You can activate this voting type in the first step.
