It would be very helpful to be able to see/download a list of participants and final vote outcomes across all pollunits in the account. Perhaps not so easy for you, though!

This is the first feature request requiring a bulk export of multiple PollUnits. Could you tell us more about your use-case? And what exactly should be the outcome? A single sheet? What should be included? Is this feature request in some way connected to our landing pages where you can group multiple PollUnits?
Hi there. It is related to the landing pages, but I was already doing multiple (30+) polls simultaneously with the same group of people. The landing page has helped tremendously with how I communicate with participants about the polls (much more streamlined, and really appreciated). However, it is still laborious for us to keep track of the results and to determine who is participating in each poll. The ideal output would be the kind of output that is currently available for download on a poll-by-poll basis, but across all of them. The most important to me would be the identity of participants, when they first accessed each poll (like how it is for each poll individually now). Secondly, the final outcome of all polls as one download. For me, it definitely could be something accessed via the landing page that the individuals polls are linked to. I hope that makes sense. I realize it is some work!
OK, I will discuss this and keep you posted here.
Thank you!
Hi there. I was just wondering if there is an update on this possible feature addition? It would be great to be able to export data for all of the polls in an account at once (so as not to have to do each one individually). For example, I would like to be able to more easily determine who has participated in at least one of the >100 polls that they were invited to. Thanks!!
We've done some checks and this is a very complicated feature, because all the different types of PollUnits with all the different settings and data needs to be merged in one excel or csv sheet. This is not to say that it isn't a good idea, but rather that we have other priorities and more requested features that we must address first.
We are considering whether we can build a simplified overview, through which you can more easily get to the export of the individual PollUnits. A simplified overview of all PollUnits might also be possible.
That makes sense. Thanks for looking into it!
We released an update to make the export more accessible through landing pages.
If you open the context menu of each linked PollUnit you can open the export modal without leaving the landing page.
We are now looking into providing a simple reduced overview of the voters of all PollUnits in the landing page. I will get back to you if we can offer this.
Thanks so much!
Feature release: landing page participant evaluation.
You can now visit the landing page evaluation via the context menu. Here you find a new landing page evaluation section »Participants«. This is a searchable and sortable simplified view which shows all participants of all linked PollUnits. You see in which PollUnit people participated with a shortcut to that PollUnit.
Thank you!!!
