Selecting specific pairings instead of randomly selected

Does PairWise allow you to select which images are to show in any pair? In other words does it allow for multiple rounds of selections, one vs. another, enabling future rounds of competition between those images that win each pair, (i.e. NCAA Basketball brackets.)?
